ELMAK's technical staff is able to offer qualified & professional advice during and post-purchase situation.
ELMAK provides completely free of charge service via phone or email. For phone inquiries, please contact the R & D.
The service working day is from Monday to Friday 9:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 17:00
Customer will find answers and useful information about choosing products or advice on delivering customized solutions.
Service provides, however, technical assistance on ELMAK products, installation and use.
It is also possible to send an inquiry to the technical service by mail, which will endeavor to respond as soon as possible or request technical documentation, drivers and anything else necessary.
